Second Match Added to Royal Rumble Kickoff Show

Big vs. Boss. Sasha Banks hasn’t been around much since losing the Raw Women’s Title back to Charlotte at “Roadblock: End of the Line”. During that match, Charlotte injured Banks’ knee and put her on the shelf for a bit. While she was recovering, Banks had some issues with Nia Jax, who attacked her injured knee. This didn’t sit well with Banks and now something is happening because of it.

As announced this week on “Monday Night Raw”, Banks will face Jax on this Sunday’s “Royal Rumble 2017” Kickoff Show. Banks came out on a crutch but used it to attack Jax before hitting a double running knee to take Jax down. The match was announced later in the show and will join Cesaro/Sheamus defending the Raw Tag Team Titles against Anderson and Gallows.

I’m not sure if this needs to be on the pre-show but it could be interesting to see what Banks can do against a monster like Jax. As impressive as she’s been, Jax is still a glorified rookie without a lot of experience. I’m not sure how well the match will go due to the size difference but Banks is always worth a watch.
