Well that pretty much seals it. Over the last few months, WWE fans have been wondering whether or not Daniel Bryan will re-sign with WWE. His current contract expires on the first of September, or just over a week away. That’s not a lot of time left for him, and as of now he still hasn’t actually signed a new deal. However, it’s pretty clear that he’s going to be sticking around for the time being.

According to the WrestleVotes Twitter account, Bryan’s new WWE contract is all but a done deal, though it hasn’t actually been signed yet. At the moment, Bryan is currently advertised for both the September 16 Hell In A Cell pay per view against the Miz and for the October 6 Super Show-Down event in Australia. Therefore, it’s pretty clear that Bryan will be around, at least for the next few months.

Can you blame Bryan for wanting to punch him in the face?

The Miz has proof he's better than Daniel Bryan: WWE Network Pick of the Week, Aug. 24, 2018

Opinion: This isn’t the biggest surprise in the world and that’s not a bad thing. As soon as Bryan was on this week’s SmackDown Live calling Miz out again, it was pretty clear that he was going to be sticking around. That’s very good news for both WWE and its fans as Bryan is still incredibly popular. The feud with Miz deserves the time to take its natural course and Bryan finally winning in the end is where things need to go.
