No boys allowed. To say that the Women’s Revolution has changed WWE for years to come is an understatement. Women are now actually being given time to develop characters and stories just like the men and have even headlined multiple pay per views. That’s a major change of pace, but it doesn’t mean that everything is perfect. However, something big might be coming that would be yet another milestone for the division.

According to Prowrestlingsheet.com, WWE is considering a main roster even comprised entirely of women’s wrestling. The event would be at least partially to make up for the lack of a payday when the women’s division wasn’t allowed to wrestle at the Greatest Royal Rumble. At the moment there are no major details, though the show may take place in late September or early October. There is no word on whether or not NXT talents will be included.

Opinion: I don’t know if this is just going to be an apology to the women for the Greatest Royal Rumble or something more, but it sounds like an interesting idea. If WWE actually goes through with it and gives it a proper build instead of setting it up like a one off show that means nothing with no major stories coming into it, they might have something. Just don’t focus on the “legends” entirely and give us something special (Trish Stratus vs. Charlotte would be a good place to start) and this could work.
