Even bizzarre ones need help from time to time.

According to a report from WWE.com, Goldust has undergone successful surgery on both of his knees. He is expected to make a full recovery.

The procedure was done in Birmingham, Alabama, and performed by Dr. Jeffrey Dugas, who is a renowned orthopedic surgeon that specializes in sports injuries.

The bizarre one tweeted out the following pictures regarding the surgery:

Goldust last competed in a WWE ring at the Greatest Royal Rumble event. He entered at no. 18 and lasted for 10 minutes, before being eliminated by Bobby Roode.

It is unknown at this time how long he had the injury, or if a particular incident caused it. We will continue to follow this story and provide any updates as they become available to us.

Editor’s Opinion:

This is great news! While I don’t think he will ever become a world champion, he has been a solid competitor in WWE for over 20 years. I have no doubt that he will be a Hall of Famer someday, and that honor will be rightly deserved!
