On The Rise: Update On LA Knight’s Backstage WWE Status And Potential Future Plans

Keep waiting. There are a lot of talented stars on the WWE roster and it can be difficult for someone to stand out among the others. It can take all kinds of effort and work for someone to get ahead, but it won’t matter if the company is not behind them. That is the case with a current WWE star, but there seems to be a chance that his big chance is on the way rather soon.

According to PWInsider.com, LA Knight not being presented as a major star is “all by plan” from WWE. Knight is said to still be looked on rather highly by WWE management and his push is still coming, with WWE waiting for the right time for it to start. Knight has been praised for getting over on his own, with his merchandise sales being seen as a sign that he is becoming a bigger star. There is no word on when Knight’s push will come or how it will go.

Opinion: As promising as this might sound, it’s something that has been said for a long time now. It would be great to see Knight’s push, but at some point WWE actually has to pull the trigger. At some point, Knight’s popularity is going to wain if something doesn’t happen with him and WWE might be running out of time. Knight is popular, and WWE might want to capitalize on that in some way.
