Over the weekend, WWE presented its annual Elimination Chamber event, featuring a pair of the show’s namesake matches. The men’s match featured Randy Orton, with commentary pointing out that Orton was making his ninth appearance inside the Chamber, setting a new all time record. Orton broke the record set by Chris Jericho, whose name was mentioned as well.
It was a big one. Check out Orton’s time in the Chamber over the years:
Opinion: It’s nice to have Orton back in the ring full time after his lengthy back injury, as he really is one of the bigger names the company has ever seen. His legacy is already set, but little things like this can still be interesting, as we literally haven’t seen someone do this before. At the same time, it was a bit surprising to hear Jericho’s name, but it is hard to avoid as he is such a big part of WWE’s career as well.
