So that’s what’s up. The WWE Network has a large variety of programming options from opinion shows to live wrestling to documentaries. Now though, we have word that something new is going to be added to the mix which will go into a new area. On top of that, a familiar name will be hosting the show.
According to PWInsider.com,
R-Truth will be hosting a new game show on the WWE Network. While there’s no word on what kind of game show it’s going to be, the show has already filmed a pilot and has been green lit for a full first season. There is no date set for its premiere but the show is scheduled to debut in late summer/early fall.
Opinion: I’m cautiously optimistic on this one as I love game shows but the idea of WWE running a game show has me worried. I have a bad feeling that they’ll throw something in there that only they find funny instead of actually doing something entertaining, which is one of the worst possible ideas they could have.
