He’s back. Injuries can cause all kinds of problems for wrestlers as they can keep someone out of action for a long time. At the same time, a storyline injury can be a way to take a wrestler off the road for whatever reason they might need. That seems to have been the case again with a recent WWE departure, but now he seems ready to be back on the road sooner than later.

Earlier this month, Sami Zayn was written of television with a knee injury, which was reportedly said to give him time off from television. However, Zayn has since announced that he will be back in the ring for this week’s WWE Holiday Tour, which runs from December 26-30. It is not clear when Zayn is expected to make his return to WWE television or whether his injury was legitimate or not.
Haven’t been very active on here lately. It’s been a crazy and in some ways difficult time for me, but I’m so grateful to be in such great cities, with such great fans, to end such a remarkable year. This life has been too good to me. Just know I’m very happy to be here with you. https://t.co/jqf8OrXPcz

Zayn is a star when he is around. Check out what he has been doing lately:
Opinion: It’s great to hear that Zayn is already back in the ring, which would make me think that either his knee injury wasn’t as bad as thought or it was never hurt in the first place. Either way, it is nice to see him back so soon and hopefully that much better with whatever was wrong. Zayn is someone who could be used in a variety of ways and WWE has figured that out.
