On The Mend: Missing WWE Superstar Reveals Serious Injury

She’s banged up. There are all kinds of injuries that can take place in wrestling and you can see a wrestler get hurt at almost any time. Someone could get hurt and taken out of action in the blink of an eye, but there are other situations that can result in an injury that have nothing to do with wrestling. A current WWE Superstar is now explaining why she is out of action due to a non-wrestling related injury.

Carmella was a guest on the Nikki & Brie Show where she revealed that she is dealing with drop foot, which is preventing her from returning to the ring. Carmella suffered the injury while giving birth to her son last year during her sixty hour labor. She said that while she is improving, she is still limping. There is no word on when she will be able to return to the ring. Carmella last wrestled in March 2023.

Opinion: It makes sense that there is something besides Carmella just dealing with the aftermath of giving birth. Carmella has been gone for a very long time now and hopefully she is able to return to the ring at some point soon. She was doing well when she left and is a former champion who could do quite a few things in WWE whenever she is able to return to the company.
