OH YEAH! WWE Celebrates Some Classic Randy Savage Promos.

There will never be another one like him. Randy Savage is one of the greatest talents in the history of professional wrestling. I don’t think anyone will ever give you a serious argument over that and there’s no reason to. There are very few wrestlers ever who had such a combination of talent in the ring and on the microphone and it’s a shame he’s no longer with us today. That doesn’t mean he’s forgotten though.

I dig it.

In honor of what would have been Savage’s sixty sixth birthday, WWE has released a collection of Six Memorable Randy Savage Interviews. These interviews are mainly from the 1980s, when Savage made his name at promos. Savage was known for his deep voice and use of props during his interviews, many of which appear in the interviews shown. The interviews are in chronological order.

Opinion: Savage is one of the few people that I’ve grown to appreciate so much more over the course of time. Just watching him back through the years, you can see his greatness on display every single time. It didn’t matter what he was doing and he is easily one of the most talented performers of all time. Savage is just incredible and it seemed that he could have done anything asked of him and made it look easy.
