Official “Smackdown Live” Preview – September 26, 2017

On tap for tonight. With less than two weeks to go before the next “Smackdown Live” pay per view, it’s time to really hammer home the big stories. Some of them need some help at this point as they’re not exactly in the best place. Therefore tonight is a rather important show for the pay per view build and WWE has put out its official preview.

According to WWE.com, the top story will be more build towards Shane McMahon vs. Kevin Owens inside the Cell. McMahon will be reacting to Owens’ statement last week when he promised to take McMahon out in their upcoming match. Here are the five stories WWE is focusing on, including a video for each.

Opinion: I’m not wild on the pay per view build yet but maybe tonight will help. It really seems that they’re just building everything around McMahon inside the Cell and that’s far from the most interesting thing in the world anymore. You can almost guarantee that another match will be put inside the Cell and that’s probably a good idea at this point.
