They could certainly use the help. The tag divisions in WWE have been up and down all year, partially due to how many teams either division has at any given time. At the end of the day, there’s just not a lot of talent to go around, though that might have been fixed with the return of a wrestler from injury.

According to Wrestlinginc.com, Primo Colon has made his return from knee surgery and worked two house shows over the weekend. Colon worked an eight man tag on Sunday, teaming with his cousin Epico, Baron Corbin and Erick Rowan to face Luke Harper, Sin Cara and the Hype Bros. There is no word on when Primo and Epico will be back on WWE TV.

Don’t remember the Colons? Here’s a refresher.

American Alpha vs. The Colons: SmackDown LIVE, April 18, 2017

Opinion: The Colons might not be the best team in the world but it’s a good sign to have them back on the active roster. There are only a handful of teams on the “Smackdown Live” roster so having another team to throw out there on TV should help lighten the load a little bit. They’re not great, but they’re certainly better than nothing.

What do you think of the “Smackdown Live” tag division? Who do you see as the next challengers after the Usos and New Day finish their feud? Let us know in the comments below.
