Like father like son? The big story coming out of last week’s episode of “Monday Night Raw” was the reveal of Jason Jordan as Kurt Angle’s long lost son. This set off a series of questions about where things would be going, including Jordan moving over to Mondays as a full time singles wrestler. Odds are we’ll get some development for that story tonight but what else is on tap?
According to their
official preview on WWE.com, WWE focuses on the Angle and Jordan story, along with three already announced matches. We’ll be seeing Dean Ambrose/Seth Rollins vs. Miz/Miztourage, Bayley vs. Sasha Banks for the “Summerslam 2017” Raw Women’s Title match and Finn Balor vs. Elias Samson in a No DQ match. There will also be developments on the #1 contendership to the Universal Title.
Opinion: That might not be the best sounding episode in the world but I really like the fact that they’ve set so much stuff up in advance. Having things set up before you get to the show gives you something to look forward to and build interest in over the course of a week. I’ve never understood why everything needs to be set up in one night and it seems to be rather counter productive.
Which match are you looking forward to most? What do you want to see from Angle and Jordan? Let us know in the comments below.
