It’s a new reign, yes it is. New Day is one of the biggest teams of all time but they achieved a lot of that success on “Monday Night Raw”. They were sent over the “Smackdown Live” in the Superstar Shakeup and the question was could they replicate that success over on Tuesday nights. We found that out at “Battleground 2017”.

At the pay per view, New Day defeated the Usos to win their third Tag Team Title in WWE and their first “Smackdown Live” version. This was the second pay per view match between the teams after New Day defeated the Usos via countout at “Money in the Bank 2017”. The teams had feuded since, setting up this rematch.

The New Day and The Usos square off in a Rap Battle hosted by Wale: SmackDown LIVE, July 4, 2017

Opinion: It’s not like the Usos were doing anything with the titles and this way we can have someone knock off the New Day and get a big rub out of it. You know, assuming they don’t just put them back on the Usos next month in what would be a rather dumb move. New Day might not be what they once were but they’re still more over than any other team so this is hardly a stretch.

Do you like New Day winning the titles? Who do you think takes it from them? Let us know in the comments below.
