Are you surprised? The wrestling industry is in a completely different world at the moment with one thing changing after another. WWE is trying its best to stick around and while that might not be the easiest thing to do, they are making some progress. Their regular television shows are sticking around, but what about their pay per views? One of the big ones is not going to be going as well.

Over the weekend, WWE presented WrestleMania 36 in front of no fans at the WWE Performance Center. The show was rather strange to see for a variety of reasons and that is going to be the case for everything that WWE does from there for the time being. That time being could go on for a very long time, and now another pay per view event might be added to the list.

The Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland has sent out a Tweet officially confirming that they will not be holding Money in the Bank 2020 on May 10. WWE has given no indication that they will be canceling the event outright and were advertising it on Sunday during WrestleMania 36. There is a chance that the show could also be held at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

It’s quite the downgrade for a big show. Check out what the regular version looks like:

Opinion: You kind of had to know this was coming as everything is being canceled at the moment. The Performance Center can hold whatever WWE needs at the moment, but it’s quite the shame to have everything being held without the crowds. That being said, you can only make so many complaints at the moment as it’s not like WWE has any other choice than to do things this way.

What are you expecting from the show? Will it work without the crowd? Let us know in the comments below.
