Let The Countdown Begin. When Brock Lesnar vs. Braun Strowman Might Take Place.

It has to happen sometime. Earlier this month at Crown Jewel, Brock Lesnar defeated Braun Strowman to win the vacant Universal Title. This was quite the surprise as it seemed that Lesnar wasn’t going to be sticking around that much later. Since then, Strowman has made it clear that he isn’t done with Lesnar and wants one more shot at him. The match seems to be taking place at some point, and now we might know at which point that would be.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, the match will not be taking place at WrestleMania 35 and is more likely to be taking place at the Royal Rumble in January. Lesnar is currently not scheduled to work the Tables Ladders and Chairs event in December, where Strowman will likely be facing Baron Corbin. This week on Monday Night Raw, Stephanie McMahon agreed to give Strowman the match with Lesnar should Strowman lead Monday Night Raw to victory at Survivor Series.

Opinion: Why do I have a feeling that Strowman is going to lose to Lesnar again? It could be the fact that it has happened several times now and there isn’t much else for Strowman to lose, but maybe that’s just the pessimist in me. WWE has built him up for so long now that he has to win something at some point. If he doesn’t beat Lesnar at some point, who is he supposed to beat?
