Know thyself. There are certain wrestlers who are incredibly popular but might not have the most success. This can make some fans rather frustrated by what they are seeing them do, but there is not much that can be changed. Sometimes fans will let their frustrations be known, though in this case, the wrestler actually responded with a rather fascinating statistic of his own.
Dolph Ziggler has long since been one of the more popular stars in WWE, at least among a certain part of the audience. Ziggler has won almost everything there is to win in WWE and is currently one half of the SmackDown Tag Team Champions. With so many accomplishments under his belt, there is little left for Ziggler to do, other than become World Champion again. However, Ziggler does not seem to agree with the idea.
Over the weekend, a fan tweeted that Ziggler should be the current WWE Champion. Ziggler responded, saying that the wrestler who has lost more televised matches than any other wrestler in WWE history should not be champion. The fan then responded, asking if Ziggler was showing humility or self loathing. Ziggler responded again, saying that it was both. Ziggler is a two time World Champion in WWE, having most recently held the title in 2013.
The person with the most televised losses in WWE history should be champion, not the guy that wins 99.9% of the time? Bad take, bro https://t.co/gVapM9viwh

Neither. It’s both

Ziggler’s title win was pretty incredible. Check out one of the loudest moments in WWE history:
Opinion: Now that’s certainly an interesting take on the situation. Ziggler is a hit or miss wrestler for me but I can go with someone who seems to understand that there are consequences to wins and losses. It would be a bit hard to accept Ziggler as champion without a pretty strong change of course to his career, but it is rather nice to accept that Ziggler gets this.
