Ok so maybe Cena is in the category of required mentions because he is who he is, but that doesn’t change the fact that he needs to be listed. Cena is scheduled to come back from his latest hiatus for a few shots in the upcoming weeks and would it be that crazy to have WWE give him a record tying third Royal Rumble win to set up a record setting seventeenth World Title win at WrestleMania?

Yeah it really is. Cena isn’t likely to go there, but he’s the kind of guy you have to at least mention. The star power and Hollywood success is way too high to not at least consider him, especially with the issue of him not being around much longer. Cena is someone who can be slotted in anywhere on the card and become a threat, with the main event of WrestleMania still being an option.

That being said, WWE already has one part time main eventer and I really don’t think they want a second. Cena isn’t someone who is going to be around very often and I don’t think WWE wants to spend a spot like this on him. It’s not like he needs the push, but those records are very, very tempting. Another win for him would be awesome, but there are better options out there.
