And there’s the crash. Over the last few weeks, it doesn’t seem that there has been a ton of interest in “Impact Wrestling”. The show has felt like something that is just kind of there, which isn’t a good thing as we get closer and closer to “Bound For Glory 2017”. Coming into this week there were two episodes left before the pay per view, so how did this week go?
According to 411mania.com, this week’s show drew a .04 rating in the 18-40 demographic and 231,000 viewers. These numbers are down 43% from last week’s .07 rating and down 14% from last week’s 267,000 viewers. The rating is the lowest since December 22, 2016, which was a Best of 2016 special and the viewership was the second lowest of the year after only September 7th’s 227,000.
Miss the show? Here’s the post-show.
Josh Mathews & Scott D'Amore Host After IMPACT | Thursday, October 26th, 2017
Opinion: I can’t say I’m surprised. Last night’s show featured seven matches, five of which were from other promotions. There wasn’t a match from the Impact Zone until the top of the second hour and the majority of the show felt like it was slapped together. They have one show left before “Bound For Glory 2017” and things are in a very, very bad place right now.
