Guess who might be back? With “Survivor Series 2017” rapidly approaching, one of the most talked about matches on the card is Brock Lesnar vs. Jinder Mahal in a non-title champion vs. champion match. The match is a possible headliner for the show but it might need a little boost to get it over the top.

As previously mentioned, there is a possibility of John Cena being added to the match as a special guest referee. It turns out that there are two other major names being tossed around. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter by way of, Vince McMahon is also considering having either the Rock or Steve Austin referee the match. There is no word on either of them being contacted for or being interested in the match, nor is there any suggestion of Lesnar having a match with either Austin or Rock.

Austin and Lesnar do have some history together.

Opinion: As much as I’d like to see either Rock or Austin around again, Cena seems like the logical way to go here. Rock or Austin would overshadow the match and it’s not likely to really lead anywhere. Let the match be about Cena vs. either of the champions, which is something that could actually go somewhere. Or just come to your senses and don’t have the match.

Which of these three would you like to see referee? Who should win? Let us know in the comments below.
