I need a one word response for this, something that rhymes with spam. We’re rapidly approaching the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2017 induction ceremony and some of the last details are starting to trickle in. This means we’re starting to find out who will be inducting who into the Hall of Fame and we can now cross another name off the list.
According to WWE.com, the APA (John Bradshaw Layfield and Ron Simmons)
will induct Teddy Long into the Hall of Fame. Long managed Simmons in WCW as one half of Doom and rode with the APA over the years. This follows the announcements that
Ricky Steamboat will induct Rick Rude and
John Cena will induct Kurt Angle.
Opinion: This is fine. Long was a great manager in his time and having one half of his most successful act induct him is the right call. He’s been around for over thirty years now and it’s perfectly acceptable to have him go into the Hall of Fame as a thank you for everything he’s done in his career.

Did you like Long as a General Manager? Who should induct the rest of the class? Let us know in the comments below.
