Happiness: AEW And WWE Stars Announce Their Engagement

They did it! Wrestling is one of the most unique industries in the world as wrestlers are often going all over the place trying to get to their next show. That does not often allow for a lot of down time, meaning they are going to have to miss quite a few things. This can include relationships, but now two wrestlers have managed to make it work in a very special way.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Back To Work: Injured AEW Star Returning To The Ring After Six Month Absence

WWE Superstar Rhea Ripley made a post on Instagram, revealing that her long time boyfriend, AEW star Buddy Matthews, proposed to her, with Ripley accepting. The two have been dating since last year and previously worked together in WWE. Ripley is currently in an on-screen relationship with NXT North American Champion Dominik Mysterio as part of the Judgment Day stable.

Opinion: Good for them! This is the kind of thing that you do not get to see very happen and hopefully they can both be as happy as possible. If this is what the two of them want then they deserve the chance to do it. At the very least, seeing an AEW and WWE star getting together is quite the cool moment, but it pales in comparison to the two of them getting to find happiness.
