Four hands are better than two. This week’s Monday Night Raw took place in England, though the big hero at the end of the night was Kurt Angle. While Angle was defeated in the main event by Drew McIntyre, it came after a hard fought effort at the end of a long show. That wasn’t quite it for the evening though, as there was one more thing for the English crowd.
According to Ringsidenews.com, after this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw went off the air, McIntyre continued to attack Angle until Dolph Ziggler ran in to help with the beatdown. Braun Strowman came out to save Angle and the villains ran off. Ziggler had wrestled earlier in the night in a losing effort against Elias while Strowman made multiple appearances without having a match.
Here’s how the main event went down.
Opinion: That’s not the worst way to end a night as Strowman seems to be popular still. At the same time though, aside from Seth Rollins, who else do you have? At the moment, the only faces on Monday Night Raw are Strowman and Rollins, with almost no one else available who hasn’t been treated like a loser. I’m not sure how that’s a good idea going forward, but it’s where we are at the moment.
