Only in England. Dark matches are often something interesting, especially if it’s something that carries on from the TV show instead of throwing something brand new out there. This week it turned out to be something that took up right where “Monday Night Raw” took off and even included a preview for next week.
According to Wrestlinginc.com, this week’s dark match saw Dean Ambrose face the Miz. Ambrose got himself disqualified b hitting Miz with the Intercontinental Title, a decision he announced himself as the General Manager for the night. After the match, Ambrose asked the crowd if they wanted to see him shake Miz’s hand or give him Dirty Deeds. The question was followed by three straight Dirty Deeds to end the night. Ambrose and Miz will meet next week for Ambrose’s Intercontinental Title.
Opinion: That’s how you end a show like this and it’s certainly better than having Roman Reigns come out and get booed all the way back to America. If nothing else it’s always smart to include the fans in something meant to be fun, especially if it’s for something that only they get to see. Miz vs. Ambrose should be fun too so everything works.
