Now that’s a big one. This week’s episode of “Monday Night Raw” was a pretty big deal as we had the first of the warm up shows for “Wrestlemania XXXIV”. That means a lot of big names were in attendance, including John Cena and Roman Reigns. While neither wrestled on the show, they were both in action when the cameras stopped rolling and it was kind of a different deal.
According to Wrestlinginc.com, this week’s post “Monday Night Raw” dark match saw Reigns and Cena team together to face the Raw Tag Team Champions the Bar. Reigns and Cena won the match but didn’t win the titles. It isn’t clear if they won the match via countout or disqualification or if the match was non-title.
Cena and Reigns are no strangers to each other.
Opinion: That’s more like it. How often do you get a dark match that is just a midcard match or something you’ve seen many times on TV in recent weeks? This feels like something big and at least different, which is the right way to go with a special match. If nothing else, just having Cena out there is a big deal and something you don’t get very often.
