So you’re saying there’s a chance? Back in 2016, Daniel Bryan was forced to retire from WWE due to a series of concussions and other health issues. At his peak, Bryan was the most popular wrestler in the company (if not the world) but it always seemed that he was ready to wrestle again, even if it wasn’t in WWE. The rumors of such a return have intensified as of late and Bryan seems inspired by a recent development.

After tonight’s “Tables Ladders and Chairs 2017” event which featured Kurt Angle in the main event, Bryan posted a tweet saying that at one point Angle wasn’t allowed to compete in a WWE event either. The tweet finished with Bryan saying “so you’re saying there’s a chance”. At the moment, there is no reason to suggest that Bryan will set foot in a WWE ring again.

It’s not like he wouldn’t have people going after him.

Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens confront Daniel Bryan: SmackDown LIVE, Oct. 17, 2017

Opinion: While I can’t imagine Bryan getting back in a WWE ring, it does seem possible that he could compete elsewhere. Ring of Honor World Champion Cody has been calling him out and there’s always a chance that he could go somewhere else once his WWE contract expires. It would certainly be noteworthy, but that doesn’t mean it would be the smartest thing in the world.

Do you think Bryan will get back in a WWE ring? Do you want him to? Let us know in the comments below.
