Someone get the Repo Man! Almost everyone in wrestling has a signature item that could almost only belong to them. Undertaker (and Paul Bearer) had the urn, Hulk Hogan had the bandana, Jake Roberts had the snake and Jim Duggan had his board. Now what happens if someone takes those things from them?
Well that would be called stealing, which is something that has been done in wrestling for years now. It’s such a common occurrence that WWE has released a top ten list of wrestlers having things stolen from them over the years. While it’s not a comprehensive list because there’s nowhere near enough time, it does cover quite a large chunk of history.
Stolen Superstar possessions: WWE Top 10
Opinion: Stealing things is one of the simplest ideas in the world and a really easy way to get a feud started. Almost everyone has something that is uniquely theirs (even down to an article of clothing) and someone else stealing it can ignite a feud in a hurry. Obviously you can’t use it over and over but doing it here and there works just fine.
