Here comes the pain, this time more than once. Brock Lesnar is the reigning Universal Champion, having won the title back at “Wrestlemania XXXIII”. However, he only made his first appearance as champion earlier this week on “Monday Night Raw”. That’s not the most frequent appearance schedule, but it seems that the pace is going to be picking up soon.

According to WrestleZone.com, while Lesnar isn’t scheduled for this coming week’s episode of “Monday Night Raw”, he is scheduled for the next three episodes following that, which includes both the go home show and followup shows for “Great Balls of Fire”. Lesnar is currently scheduled to defend his title against Samoa Joe at the “Great Balls of Fire” pay per view.

Opinion: At some point, this had to happen. You can only go so long without having the show’s champion around because otherwise, there’s not much to fight for. Lesnar isn’t the answer to all of “Monday Night Raw’s” problems but you have to have something there to focus the show around, which is what you’ll have for the next few weeks at least.
