He’s worth a look. There has never been another athlete in the wrestling world like Brock Lesnar. He debuted in his early 20s, became the star of the company and was gone in two years before taking an eight year hiatus from wrestling. During his time away he became the UFC Heavyweight Champion and became one of the biggest stars mixed martial arts has ever seen. Now he is a free agent, and someone outside of wrestling is interested again.
Earlier this week, news broke that Lesnar’s WWE contract had expired and he was officially a free agent. This brought up some questions, including where Lesnar would wrestle next. That is a very logical question, but it might not be something that we need to answer. Lesnar has another sport available to him and it turns out that they are interested in his services as well.
TMZ Sports asked UFC President Dana White about a potential fight between Lesnar and former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones. White said that he knew nothing about Lesnar’s WWE contract expiring but if Lesnar was seriously interested in a fight with Jones, White would book it. There is no word on what Lesnar wants to do next, though he has not commented about a potential return to UFC. Jones has commented on a potential fight, saying that he would beat Lesnar.

Lesnar is a big deal in WWE. Check out what they might be losing:
Opinion: I’m not sure what to expect from this but at the end of the day, I’m not sure if Lesnar is going to want to get back in the UFC at his age. He hasn’t fought a fight in over four years and has not won a fight in over ten years. I can’t imagine him getting back in the cage, but if the check is big enough, he would certainly consider it. WWE seems more likely, but you can never say never with Lesnar.
