Here he comes to save the day. Brock Lesnar won the Universal Title at “Wrestlemania XXXIII” on April 2 and hasn’t been seen since. He wasn’t on the “Monday Night Raw” following the show and he hasn’t been on any shows since. We know he’ll be defending the title at “Great Balls of Fire” but now we know of a few more Lesnar appearances leading up to and after the show.

According to Wrestlinginc.com, Lesnar will be appearing on two episodes of “Monday Night Raw” before “Great Balls of Fire” and the episode the following night. Lesnar will be appearing at the following shows:

June 12 – Lafayette, Louisiana

June 26 – Los Angeles, California

July 3 – Phoenix, Arizona

July 10 – Houston, Texas

This is likely to set up his title defense at the July pay per view and then again for his second title defense at “Summerslam 2017”. The Phoenix, Arizona show was already announced so only three of these are new information.

Opinion: I rather like the idea of Lesnar showing up twice before the pay per view defense. It’s still a long time between appearances but being around about every two months is certainly an improvement over what Lesnar has done occasionally. Lesnar defending at two summer pay per views is good enough, but I’m still not thrilled on just waiting around for Roman Reigns to beat him for the title.
