This Big Name Could Be Returning on “Smackdown Live”

Guess who’s back. Tomorrow night on “Smackdown Live”, Alexa Bliss will be defending the Smackdown Women’s Title against former champion Becky Lynch inside a steel cage. The cage has been brought into play to prevent interference from La Luchadora, who has been interfering in various matches over the last few weeks. However, now we might know who is underneath the mask.

According to PWInsider Elite by way of Wrestlinginc.com, Mickie James will make her return to the main roster tomorrow night. While there is no guarantee that she’ll be underneath the mask, it would certainly make sense to have her be unmasked as La Luchadora given how everything has gone. James was last seen at “Takeover: Toronto” in a losing effort against NXT Women’s Champion Asuka.

Works for me. James looked like her old self back in Toronto and she would be a great addition to the roster which still doesn’t have the greatest depth. She can still go in the ring and didn’t seem to have lost a step during her match against Asuka. Having her interfere and set up a feud with Lynch will do nothing but good things for everyone.
