The perfect combination of Hall and Fame. The Hall of Fame has become an annual tradition with a group of wrestlers and contributors to the wrestling industry taking their places in history. Almost every year there is a female inductee and if rumors are to be believed, we know who that will be for the Class of 2017.

According to PWInsider Elite by way of Wrestlinginc.com, Beth Phoenix will be inducted into the Hall of Fame in Orlando. Phoenix retired in 2012 and won four Women’s Titles (Three Women’s and one Divas) over her career. She joins Diamond Dallas Page, Rick Rude, IRS and the Natural Disasters as the rumored members of this year’s class. Kurt Angle was officially announced on this week’s “Monday Night Raw”.

Phoenix is fine for this place as she was definitely talented and one of the best members of the division during her time. While it wasn’t the best time for the division, Phoenix was often a highlight as her power game was more than different enough to make her stand out among the models that flooded the roster at that point.
