Well that’s not very good. Over the last few weeks, everything has changed in WWE. With Roman Reigns being forced to vacate the Universal Title, there is a big spot open on the top of the Monday Night Raw roster. At the moment, Brock Lesnar has become the new champion, but someone else probably needs to step up to fill in the void long term. As it turns out, there might be an issue with one of the candidates.
According to PWInsider Elite Audio, Braun Strowman has been having some issues backstage at WWE events. In addition to Strowman leaving shows early, he has also been arriving late. While there is no word on Strowman being punished by WWE for his actions, these are the kind of things that would likely hold him back from being the next big star of the company.
Even if he’s not there full time, he can do this kind of thing.
Opinion: I’m not sure how big of a deal this would be for WWE, but it’s not the kind of thing that looks good for someone who might be one of the top stars in the company. You often hear about people being the first one there and the last one to leave and this is the exact opposite. Strowman is very popular in front of the camera and he seems to be doing his job, but there are other things that factor into this kind of a role as well.
What do you think of Strowman? How high up can he go? Let us know in the comments below.
