One more time? There are countless wrestlers throughout the industry but there are only a few who are more infamous for something negative outside of the ring than something positive that they did in the ring. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Stick Around: 42 Year Old Former World Champion Implies He Has Signed New WWE Deal
According to PWInsider Elite, TNA Wrestling has held internal discussions about bringing back former World Champion Tessa Blanchard. There is nothing to indicate that the company has spoken directly to Blanchard about a return. Blanchard held the Impact World Title in 2020 but was stripped of the belt due to not appearing at Slammiversary 2020. She was also accused of bullying various wrestlers and using a racial slur against La Rosa Negra, as well as spitting in her face. Blanchard and Rosa have since reconciled though Blanchard has not wrestled for a major American promotion in nearly four years.
There have been some important returns in TNA. Check out some of them in recent days:
Opinion: This is the kind of change that could make for quite the interesting moment and it might not be in the best way. Blanchard is an incredibly talented wrestler but there is only so much that can be done when she is accused of such things. I can get why TNA would want to bring her back in and that might be the case, though it might be better to leave this alone all things considered.
What do you think of the idea? Will Blanchard be brought back in? Let us know in the comments below.
