American Ninja Wrestler. Obstacle course shows are rather popular at the moment with shows like “Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Challenge” and “American Ninja Warrior” showing just how great some of these athletes really can be. But how well would one of them do in a wrestling ring? We’re going to have the chance to find out.
As announced on WWE.com, former “American Ninja Warrior” finalist Kacy Catanzaro has reported to the WWE Performance Center. Catanzaro is an obstacle course racer and the first woman to complete the warped wall obstacle course on “American Ninja Warrior” and a former NCAA Division I gymnast. There is no word on when she would be starting her in-ring career.
Catanzaro has worked with WWE before.

Opinion: I’m not very familiar with Catanzaro’s work as I’ve never actually seen “American Ninja Warrior” but both Alexa Bliss and Charlotte have the gymnast backgrounds and they’ve turned out quite well. Hopefully they bring Catanzaro along slowly and she can turn into something special, which is where NXT excels.
