Update on Kevin Owens Leaving International Tour Early

WrestlingInc has provided an update on Kevin Owens leaving the international tour late last week while in South America.

When news broke last week that Owens had to leave the tour, his reasons were cited as being personal. He did clarify through a Twitter post that he isn’t sick or hurt, but his family needed him. Here is the tweet:

Owens’ wife Katrina Leila Steen took to her Instagram to say the following:

“Thank you all for the kind messages asking if everything was alright. It was one of the toughest weeks of our lives but we are ok now. This guy travelled half way around the world to get back to us and I don’t know what I would have done without him. Best husband and dad we could ever ask for ?”

The last time Owens competed was at Luna Park in Buenos Aires, where he left before the scheduled live events in Argentina on Friday and in Santiago, Chile on Saturday and Sunday.

At this time, that is all the information we have on Owens. We ask that you remain respectful to his family as they appear to be dealing with a lot and it is not our concern what that exactly is.
