Update on the Injury Big Cass Sustained on ‘Raw’ This Week

WWE.com have released an article on the condition of Big Cass after his potential injury this past week during his Brooklyn Street Fight with former tag team partner Enzo Amore on ‘Raw.‘

In case you haven’t seen this video, we highly suggest watching it. It showcases Cass walking backstage nursing his injury. You can see the pure disappointment and frustration in his face. His former tag team partner Amore would defeat him during their Brooklyn Street Fight on ‘Raw’ due to Cass not being able to continue. Due to the backstage heat on Amore and that he was relegated to ‘205 Live‘ this past week, one may imagine Cass would’ve taken the victory here.

Cass suffered an ACL tear in his left knee during ‘Raw.’ For this injury, he would require surgery. Since Monday, Cass has underwent successful surgery to repair the tear that occurred during his match against Amore.

The surgery was performed by Dr. Jeffrey Dugas on Thursday night. Since then, Cass has already started his rehabilitation. As previously reported, he could still be out six to eight months, if not longer.
