Spoiler Alert on Dolph Ziggler and the United States Championship Future

After what transpired on ‘Smackdown Live‘ with Dolph Ziggler, we now know by way of PWInsider what the future is for the Champion and his United States title.

There has been rampant speculation since ‘Smackdown Live’ aired that Ziggler may have relinquished the Championship and be leaving the company as many assumed he would. This is not the case!

PWInsider has confirmed this is a storyline. Moving forward, Ziggler won’t be appearing on WWE TV for a number of weeks and at the present time isn’t booked for any tapings, but he is still with the company.

He will be working live events during this time, likely with the United States Championship.

There is no word yet on what the storyline will involve and whether this ultimately does lead to Ziggler relinquishing the Championship, but at the present time that isn’t the case.
