WrestlingInc and PWInsider are reporting that three Impact Wrestling personnel have been released from the company due to budget cuts.
The three talents being reported are Pat Kenney, Al Snow and Shane Helms, all of whom have worked as producers on Impact Wrestling. Kenney started back in 2003 with the company, Snow in 2008 and Helms most recently in 2015.
It should be noted that Helms has been the leader of ‘The Helms Dynasty’ alongside Trevor Lee and Andrew Everett so his release comes as a surprise. The video below showcases how incredible Helms has been in his role as part of the group. We highly suggest giving it a few minutes of your time.
Helms took to Twitter to talk about his release:
I'd like to wish @IMPACTWRESTLING all the best in their future endeavors.

I've never been an ass-kisser and I damn sure wasn't gonna start with an owl. ???

Much respect to the locker room at @IMPACTWRESTLING, very talented crew. You all deserve so much more. Even you @RobbieEImpact ???

If any more releases do come, Wrestling Rumors will update you as soon as we learn of them!
Editor’s Note:
I wish all three men the best in what they do moving forward. In particular I am a fan of Shane Helms, so I can’t wait to see what he does next! Al Snow has a training school, so I would guess he focuses on that and perhaps some independent wrestling. I don’t know too much about Kenney and what he will do.
