The Rock is one of the funniest, most entertaining men on the planet. If any more proof of that was needed, this was probably it.

It is being reported by WrestlingInc that this week’s SNL season finale hosted by The Rock drew in a large audience.

This past season was the most watched season in 23 years. In addition, The Rock helped in hosting what would become the most watched season finale of the skit-based show in six years.

This episode in particular drew in 8.3 million viewers. Of the season itself, The Rock managed to attract a significant audience, with the finale being the fourth most watched episode of the entire season.

Editor’s Note:
I am beyond happy for The Rock. Everywhere the man goes, he creates magic. From wrestling to movies to television to even YouTube. I’ve even heard he would consider running for president of the United States in 2020.

He has an ability like few have, and that is the ability to create passion on a level so deep that it intrigues people to care about him and follow everything he does. Look at what he accomplished in WWE? Isn’t that proof?
