Chris Jericho Further Comments on Conor McGregor Coming to WWE

TMZ Sports caught up with Chris Jericho, asking him if he still believes Conor McGregor will come to WWE, based on what Jericho has said previously.

Jericho has previously said that McGregor will eventually join WWE. However, he now seems to not be so confident anymore.

He had the following to say:

“It’s an easy thing to imagine, I would say. I don’t think he’s gonna join in two years, not now with all the money he made. But it could happen at some point. He’s got the personality for it, that’s for sure.”

Jericho now believes that since “The Notorious” McGregor made so much money from his Mayweather fight, it would take a hefty sum of money to attract his attention:

“It depends on how much money he can generate, which I think would be a lot. He just made $100 million, so he’s not coming in for peanuts, right?”

Despite having a smaller size, Jericho believes McGregor will be able to work rivalries against anybody, regardless of who they are.

“It’s wrestling, so it could be against anybody as long as the story is good. It’s all show business.”
