Jack Swagger was today found guilty of a DUI and speeding charges after a court appearance in Gulfport, MS.

Swagger, real name Jake Hager, was sentenced to six months probation, a $500 fine and must foot the bill for all court costs.

Hager was also sentenced to two days in jail, although this was suspended. A possession charge was also dismissed.

Hager was arrested on February 19th in Gulfport, travelling home from a WWE SmackDown television taping in Biloxi
