Veteran official Jack Doan has been released by World Wrestling Entertainment.

Doan began his WWE career as a truck driver in October 1991, and has been a regular fixture of WWE’s staff since.

Doan was once involved in an impromptu match for the now defunct Hardcore Championship, taking advantage of the title’s 24/7 rule and attempting to pin then champion Crash Holly. Unfortunately, Doan was unsuccessful in his bid.

Details surrounding his release are not currently available.
