Former WWE Diva Torrie Wilson No Longer Dating Alex Rodriguez

WWE Divas have been sure to stay high-profile with their romances often since leaving the company. For example, Stacy Keibler was a pair with George Clooney for several years, before the two called it off not all that long ago. Keibler’s partner from back in the day, Torrie Wilson, was in the same boat as well.

Since 2011, Wilson has dated disgruntled Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez. But according to a report from the New York Post, the two have decided to call things off.

The report notes Wilson has become a fitness buff over the last several years since retiring from the ring in the mid-2000s, and was viewed positively by the Yankees organization for keeping A-Rod grounded:

“Wilson is popular in the Yankee organization, as she was seen as a ‘good, calming influence’ over Rodriguez. A Yankee source said, ‘Torrie is a lovely girl. The last thing Alex needs now is to be single, dating and distracted by women.’”

Rodriguez missed the entire 2014 season after being suspended from Major League Baseball for being an instrumental part of the Biogenesis scandal, which involved the distribution of performance enhancing drugs from a dealer named Tony Bosch. Rodriguez largely denied his part in the clinic, but came clean to officials late last year.

Wilson has been quiet regarding any of the Biogenesis reports, though various accusations of Rodriguez being unfaithful to her surfaced over the last year. The Post notes his ex-wife is still largely involved with his personal life, which played a role in the split.

Since retiring from wrestling, Wilson has also attempted to launch an acting career, and is currently living in Los Angeles while Rodriguez remains in Miami preparing for the upcoming season.
