Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson posted his first Tweet after a successful surgery to repair torn abdominal muscles, injured in his WrestleMania WWE Championship match with John Cena.

Although speculation has arose recently that The Rock may have wrestled his last match, following the injury, the self-proclaimed “People’s Champ” should be riding high on box office numbers for his hit film “G.I. Joe: Retaliation” as it maintained its spot in the top five last weekend, surpassing the $100 million barrier in total gross income.

Michael Bay’s “Pain & Gain” starring Dwayne Johnson and Mark Wahlberg opens this Thursday night, and is expected to lead the box office in weekend sales.
