Mr. McMahon made a surprising appearance on the Raw after WrestleMania, offering more than one piece of huge news for the raucous crowd.
He said there would be a “superstar shakeup” next week, implying a draft set between Raw and SmackDown. We’re waiting for further details on that.
But the big news was that Vince announced Stephanie would be out for “some time” due to her “injury” at WrestleMania–thus, it’s time to name a new Raw GM. And out came Teddy Long. In a classic case of confusion, Teddy was informed that the role wasn’t going to him, and danced his way backstage.
Then came the announcement we were waiting for–Kurt Angle will be the new Raw General Manager.
