Raw Results: Hardys Have Their First Championship Defense

Not content to merely win the Raw Tag Team Championships in a massive WrestleMania return, the Hardy Boyz defended those titles in the opening contest on tonight’s Raw.

Remember–these guys are fresh off of two consecutive ladder matches in two different companies, and they’re still having another match on Raw. The match wasn’t out of this world, but it was a solid contest between the Hardys and former champions Gallows & Anderson.

Jeff secured the victory with a Swanton Bomb to Gallows. The crowd remains all in on the Hardy Boyz–and the “Broken” gimmick. Chants of “obsolete,” “delete,” “Brother Nero,” and “Broken Matt” resonated throughout the match.

The brothers still haven’t spoken on WWE TV, but that will change on the WWE Network with Raw Talk tonight.
