Everyone's Least Favorite WWE Star Is Reportedly Done With the Company

There’s a big women’s title match coming up this Sunday which will pit Alexa Bliss against every available lady on the SmackDown roster in an as-yet-undetermined match type.

But although names as varied as Tamina, Kelly Kelly, and Maria Kanellis are rumored for the battle, one current(-ish) SmackDown star apparently won’t be part of the proceedings. That’s Eva Marie, according to a report from WrestlingInc.

Their sources say that Eva is essentially done with the company, and that WWE will not be renewing her contract. Her last appearance on WWE TV was in August, that one time her clothes fell off.

She was suspended for a wellness policy violation shortly thereafter, and while that suspension has long since expired she still hasn’t returned to TV. She’s been filming movies, dying her hair back to black, and generally seems to have moved into a far more modelling-focused carer.

Eva Marie may yet go down as the worst wrestler of all time, but she did have one thing going for her–she got the most thunderous boos of anyone on the WWE roster. Her ability to draw heat will be missed, at least.
