WWE plans to film the second season of “WWE Legends House” in 2014. While “WWE Legends House: Season One” has yet to launch, it is strongly believed that a brand new batch of WWE Legends will be thrust together later this year to film the second season of the highly anticipated reality show, according to F4Wonline.com.
“WWE Legends House” began as a pet project for the WWE Network back in 2011, when plans for the WWE Network began becoming solidified, and the company wanted fresh content to provide for it. In January of 2012, WWE Legends “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, Tony Atlas, “Mean” Gene Okerlund, “Hillbilly” Jim, Howard Finkel, Jimmy Hart, and Pat Patterson were crammed into the same house for an extended period of time to film the program. Cameras follow them in their day-to-day semi-scripted lives as they compete in challenges, face heartaches, and celebrations.
The reality show will be the first to feature “Real World” style content that involves so many legends, and will debut on the WWE Network Thursday, April 17. There have been no open discussions about who WWE will cast for season two, but with the multitude of former WWE superstars to choose from, this program could film new seasons for years to come.
