During the opening segment of the Oct. 31 edition of “Smackdown,” taped on Oct. 28, WWE confirms that Daniel Bryan will need another surgery. As previously reported, Bryan will soon undergo Tommy John surgery, which will push his in-ring return back to possibly March of 2015.

Big Show was the bearer of bad news to the WWE Universe, and informed everyone at the tapings in Houston, Texas that Bryan will indeed need a second procedure done to his elbow. He then led the crowd in a massive “Yes!” chant.

WWE plans on sending a tape of the Houston crowd chanting for Bryan to the injured superstar, as a means to encourage him during his recovery and prove to him that the WWE Universe is still behind him completely. Bryan may not be able to return prior to WrestleMania 31, although that is the goal that he is reaching for.

On Oct. 28, Bryan posted this tweet on his official Twitter and Instagram accounts,

Editor’s Note:
It’ll be interesting to see if Bryan can return before March 29. WrestlingRumors.net wishes Bryan all the best in his recovery.
